ICECAP Systems was proud to participate in the Xjenza Malta Research & Innovation Expo 2024, held on November 21st at the Planetarium Hall in Kalkara. This expo showcased 17 innovative projects across seven research fields. These were supported by approximately €4 million in funding through the FUSION program and various internationalisation initiatives.
Alec Fenech represented ICECAP Systems at our booth in the Planetarium Hall. He engaged with attendees and demonstrated our micro cooling solutions, including the ARISTAT Controller Quad. Visitors expressed considerable interest in the potential applications of our technology, particularly within high-performance computing and medical imaging.
Andre Micallef contributed to the Manufacturing and Digital Tech Panel, moderated by Frankie Borg. This panel, which also featured Prof. Adrian Muscat, Prof. Johann A. Briffa, Prof. Arif Rochman, and Prof. Ing. Paul Refalo, explored the challenges and opportunities associated with commercialising research and development outputs.
